I recently stayed for a Sunday night with the purpose of exploring local attractions, and I couldn't have asked for a better spot. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Wenhua Park and the vibrant night market, which made evening outings easy and fun. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. I enjoyed a hearty breakfast buffet each morning, and my room was spacious with a comfy bed and windows that opened up for fresh air. Plus, the free parking was a bonus, though limited.
I strongly recommend this hotel.

I had an excellent stay, as the value for money was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the train station and near vibrant night markets, while the staff were genuinely polite and helpful throughout our visit.
Breakfast items could use more variety for children.

I had a great time staying here! The location is awesome, just a short walk to the Night Market and a popular turkey rice restaurant, plus there are plenty of other dining options nearby. The staff were super friendly and attentive, always ready to help. I really appreciated the fast Wi-Fi in my room—it made planning my outings so much easier!
On the downside, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom that lingered a bit. It didn't bother my sleep, but it was noticeable. the bathroom could use a shower curtain to help keep the water contained. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay overall!

This hotel is perfectly located, just a short stroll from the train station and the night market. It's also really close to the bus stop for trips to Alishan Forest. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with big firm beds and windows that open! Breakfast is great too, with a nice mix of Western and Asian options. The staff were super helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us.
The bathroom could use some better drainage solutions.

We stayed in a hotel that was in a great location with many attractions nearby. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, which made sleeping easy. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall satisfaction. the staff was friendly and welcoming and always ready to assist. the breakfast selection was wide, with both western and Chinese varieties. the hot water dispenser on the floor was a nice touch.
The lack of soundproofing in the hotel made it hard to sleep in past 5-7 am due to the noise level.

Had an amazing Easter vacation at a hotel in the heart of the city. Its central location was perfect for exploring local attractions and enjoying the vibrant nightlife. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and always available to offer recommendations and assistance. The spacious rooms were equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day.
Although the hotel offered excellent service and facilities, the check-in time was a bit late at 3:30 pm, which was a bit inconvenient for us. the toilet in our room seemed a bit outdated and could have benefited from some renovation.
